The Nigeria customer service Awards in partnership with the Chartered institute of customer relationship management shall unveil the 2018 /2019 Nigeria customer service Ambassador on 4th of October, the application is open to Nigerians to Apply for the 7th customer service ambassadors, one for each from the six geopolitical zone, South South, South East, south west, north west north East and North central, the responsibility for the Ambassadors shall be to seek compensation for customer that experience bad service, Identify with good customer service companies in Nigeria, organize customer service event, partner media on the campaign for excellent customer service in Nigeria, the applicant shall go through two stages of test that will make them understand customer service to the fullest and how to canvass for it.

The winner will be unveiled at 2018 Nigeria customer Experience Management Conference on 4th of October within the international customer service week. The winner shall go with a  well promoted media hype that will allow the 7th winners to enjoy Reputable recognition in the field of service delivery and other benefits, the winner shall feature in different television, Radio and print media to canvas for excellent customer service in Nigeria and seek redress for customer that deserve compensation, the application form is open on www.nigeriacustomerserviceawards.com/ncsa .Every participant for the ambassadorship shall also be considered for certification from the institute of customer relationship management.
